This practice will guide you by inviting you to become aware of the abdominal breath that starts from the belly and fills the lower centers, sex, belly and plexus and awakens their intrinsic fluidity and vibration. It is an invitation to connect with your positive poles, your plexus and your penis to feel how their vibration in full presence allows you to feel the true power of the masculine, and how by the the expansion of your breath and movement, you can expand this energy to your chest and your heart, rising to the vibration of love.
Exploring your sensuality, your relationship with the body, we will seek relaxation and understanding of all the energies that flow within. You will do this at your own pace and always treating yourself with the most respect. The essence of tantric teaching is that by knowing yourself, by enjoying your body as a temple of being, by embracing your contradictions and your emotions, you can relate to the other from your center with love.

Psoas Massage
Psoas Massage is a deep tissue technique that brings a release to the psoas muscle in your body. The psoas muscle, the muscle of the soul, attaches to the vertebrae on your lumbar spine, and then crosses the outer edge of each pubis (near your pelvis). It next joins with the iliacus muscle at your inguinal ligament (in your groin region), and finally attaches at your femur. Your iliacus and psoas muscles are together known as the iliopsoas.
This muscle holds onto traumatic experiences on a cellular level. Releasing it with the right massage can help the body process through and release trauma responses that have been locked within for years.

Maya Abdominal Massage is an ancestral healing technique, a highly effective healing modality that is used for a wide range of pathologies and brings balance back to the body: physical, emotional and energetic. It is used for men and children as well and specifically for women after giving birth, to help the uterus contract and return back to its original position and size.
The abdomen is our power center. For many women and men, there is trauma stored there and in our whole body.
Prenatal & Postnatal Massage
Possibly the most effective resource available to ease the discomfort and increase the enjoyment of pregnancy. Prenatal massage is performed side lying, supported with firm bolsters, or using a body cushion, allowing the soon-to-be-mother a chance to lay face down comfortably. Postnatal massage is designed to help the body’s recovery process and to give relief to the new mother.
Prenatal massage aids with sleep, digestion, physical pains, and trimester specific issues. Work ranges from light to medium pressure, and focuses on such problems as swelling, sciatic pain, and low back pain. As you get closer to “the big day,” we will work to assist the natural stretching of tissues and to prepare your muscles for delivery.
Postnatal massage offers relief to the new mother from sleep deprivation and the neck-and-shoulder aches associated with nursing and carrying a newborn. The work can range from light to deep pressure and focuses on strengthening muscle tissue, assisting circulation, and regaining normal posture and weight-bearing within the body’s framework. Your Psoas therapist can also address any concerns you have about re-starting your normal exercise routine and help you achieve your recovery goals.

The objective of these sessions are to well-informe, prepare and support you and give your partner confidence to support you in ways that really make a difference. This can be a series of sessions, or one home visit before Labor.
What to expect:
Prelabor - What to expect and how to manage it. Practical tools for you and your partner; expectations and fears around birth discussion and how to work through these; General birth planning, identifying fears & goals.
Established/Active Labor - How to know when you're in established labor, what to expect and how to manage it; pain management techniques and skills, including showing the partner all the hands on & hands off effective strategies;
Transition Labor - How to manage this challenging phase; Things that the partner can do to support you;
Second phase (birthing) - Discussion and practice around positioning, pushing and breathing/panting.

What to expect in these sessions?
How to prepare for life with a newborn; getting the right support at this time; guide you through breastfeeding, baby sleep, newborn massage techniques; and everything you need to know for the Fourth Trimester of Pregnancy, Postpartum.
